These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The AncientMind Codex (the "App"), provided by AncientMind Elixir ("we", "us"). By accessing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you are.

2. Your account and access

  • Access is granted to the email address associated with your purchase. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
  • You may set an optional password to protect your account on new devices. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, lend, or transfer your account or access to anyone else.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for your own personal practice, for as long as your access is valid. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the App—including the teachings, texts, prompts, audio-free practices, designs, names, and branding—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, screenshot for redistribution, republish, distribute, sell, record, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the App, except for your own private, personal use. Your own journal/dream entries remain yours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or distribute the content to non-purchasers.
  • Copy, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the App's content or source.
  • Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

6. Health, wellness & medical disclaimer (important)

  • The App provides educational, reflective, and spiritual-practice content for general wellness purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or care.
  • Nothing in the App is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • Any statements about dietary supplements, including AncientMind Elixir, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent authority. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement or wellness practice, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take medication.
  • You use the App and any associated practices at your own risk and are responsible for your own health decisions.

7. No guarantee of results

The App describes practices and experiences that vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of any specific result, outcome, timeline, or benefit. Individual results vary.

8. Purchases, refunds & access

Purchases are processed by our checkout provider. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you decide AncientMind Elixir is not for you within 60 days of your purchase, contact us at support@ancientmindelixir.com and we will refund your full purchase amount — no questions asked. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, your access to the App may be revoked and your account data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, refund, or chargeback. You may stop using the App at any time and may reset your progress or request account deletion via support@ancientmindelixir.com.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AncientMind Elixir will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for access in the [12] months before the claim.

12. Governing law
